Riot Games is ushering in the new year of 2025 with two momentous updates for League of Legends: the long-awaited Southeast Asia (SEA) server merge and a fresh seasonal content model. The SEA Server Merge: Uniting a Diverse Player Base
On January 9, 2025, with Patch 15.1, Riot will combine players from Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore/Malaysia, and Indonesia into one unified, centralized server. This long-awaited shift is set to reshape the League of Legends landscape in SEA.
