The Red Bull M.E.O. is back for its 2024 edition in India. This time, the tournament features two mobile games: World Cricket Championship and BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI). With open qualifiers, the Red Bull M.E.O. offers every gamer a chance to compete with the pros.
The most exciting feature of the tournament in 2024 will be the LAN National Finals in Chennai. Besides the esports action, the on-ground event on Dec. 1 will celebrate gaming, with Red Bull Players, racing simulators, and much more for on-ground fans. The Red Bull will also create some exciting online content for fans across the country.
How to Register for Red Bull M.E.O.2024 India
Registrations for BGMI are open on the Red Bull website until Nov. 6. No team limit is applied here, so every aspiring esports athlete can sign up for the tournament. Players can also head over to the Skyesports Discord channel to scout teams for the tournament.
Format
There would be a series of qualifiers online, and the qualifying teams would be the best among them. The top 32 teams would qualify directly, after which they would be invited to the Red Bull M.E.O. 2024 India BGMI stage of pre-quarterfinal. The teams that would also be invited directly are expected to be 32 and would be announced later on. After the intense time of the pre-quarter final stage, the top 32 would make it for this next step.
Quarterfinals will see the best 32 teams split into four groups of 8, competing against one another in a round-robin format with the top 24 teams entering the semifinals. Semifinals sees the teams once again divided into 3 groups of eight teams, battling each other for the positions in the round-robin format to be able to claim 16 positions for National Finals.

Dates for Red Bull M.E.O. 2024 India
The Red Bull M.E.O. 2024 India BGMI National Finals will be a three-day event on November 26, 27, and December 1. The first two days will be played online while the LAN Celebration will happen on December 1 in Chennai.
The Red Bull M.E.O. 2024 will stream live on the Red Bull Game On YouTube channel.
The winner will get an exclusive Red Bull Racing experience with a ticket to attend an F1 event. The WCC champion will get a matchday experience with Rajasthan Royals. The full schedule goes as follows:
- Registrations: Oct. 29 to Nov. 6
- Quarterfinals: Nov. 20 to 22
- Semifinals: Nov. 23 to 25
- Online Grand Finals (Day 1 and 2): Nov. 26 and 27
- LAN Grand Finals: Dec. 1
Red Bull M.E.O. started six seasons ago, and this 2024 would be the 7th edition in the tournament. Past events of the tournament had given some iconic moments to BGMI esports, particularly when the 2023 LAN Finale happened at DLF Avenue, Delhi. Last year, the dark horse champion for BGMI emerged as Celsius Esports won the game through a cliffhanger for the last game, claiming the "winner winner chicken dinner" against Orangutan.
