Ranked Play in Black Ops 6: When is it Coming Out?

Discover when exactly is Ranked Play coming out on Black Ops 6!

If standard matches aren’t cutting it, Ranked Play is the place to scratch that competitive itch! This mode follows the Call of Duty League (CDL) ruleset, meaning some guns, equipment, and Scorestreaks are restricted for that pro-level experience. With the same 4v4 format, map pool, and game modes used by the CDL, it’s as close to the big leagues as it gets.

Ranked Play Release Date for Black Ops 6

Unlike past titles where Ranked Play drops months after release, Black Ops 6 is bringing the heat much earlier. It’s set to arrive “at the start of” Season 1, which kicks off on November 14. Treyarch hasn’t locked down the exact day, but fans are thrilled to jump into competitive mode sooner than ever!

What to Expect from Black Ops 6 Ranked Play

If you’ve played Ranked in previous Call of Duty games, you’ll feel right at home. Expect the usual grind from Bronze all the way up to Iridescent, taking on modes like Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, and Control on maps straight from the CDL’s lineup. Winning matches will help you climb Skill Divisions and earn rewards based on your performance, including bonuses for major milestones, like winning 100 games in a season.
