Call of duty is Know for their Christmas events and this time Treyarch is not holding anything back with their festive events

Call of Duty is renowned for its extravagant Christmas events, and this year, Treyarch is pulling out all the stops with three exciting festive events: GobbleGum Mania, Merry Mayhem, and Archie’s Festive Frenzy.Here is all you need to know. 

GobbleGum Mania

This event gets live on December 5th and will run till December 19th. It's a zombies exclusive event where the player has to use gobblegums in game to receive rewards. And this is both a solo and community event like the ‘Hitlist’ event. Upon reching the requiredmilestones, players can unlock new gobblegums Power Keg and Time Out.

Merry Mayhem

This event has the same timeline as the ‘GobbleGum Mania's event. But it's for all the three game modes: zombies, multiplayer and warzone. This event is an xp farming event. The main reward of this event is the new shotgun called ‘Maelstrom’.

Archie’s Festive Frenzy. 

This event will go live active following the previous two events. The schedule isDecember 19th to January 3rd. This event is playable on all three game modes. Players can collect Jolly Wrappers upon eliminations. These wrappers can be redeemed to unlock the new sniper rifle mod, ARM Mod.

Along with these Events there are many major changes to the game with Christmas in mind. And a major of it is the overhauled ‘Liberty Falls’ map in zombies. 

In this overhaul:

• The main quest is active but the game mode is more hard as the map is void of all perks, gobblegums machine and other power stations.
• The game mode will have festive audio and music to go in had with the theme. 
• The power ups are divided as naughty or nice power ups they might debuff you or buff your character making the mode even more harder and challenging. 
• The S.A.M trails are changed to S.A.M.T.A trails where the rewards are festive themed. 
• Players can pick up snowballs from a snow ball pile and use it as a tactic which slows zombies. 
• The most important change after certain rounds similar to vermin round of map there are chill rounds where staying outside in a open area gives you damage due to chill this forcing the player to hide under the zombies infested buildings and survive.

Along with these Treyarch has given a trailer for the Citadelle Des Morts.
