Round 3 of ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group A stage started today. The top teams from Round 2 competed on Day 9 of the ESPL 2021 league stage. ESPL 2021 is a franchise-based league announced by India Today Gaming, the gaming and eSports division of India Today Group. The tournament features a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 distributed among the top 8 teams in the grand finals scheduled to be held on 29th August 2021.
ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group A Round 3
The top teams from the previous stage competed in round 3 of the ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group A stage. Each team will play a total of four matches in round 3 of the league. The matches will be played in Bermuda, Purgatory, and Kalahari maps. An overall standing will be created considering the points of all the matches. The top teams from the overall standings will qualify for the next round.
ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group A Round 3 Match Overview
Battle Kings took the number one spot in the overall standings with a total of 130 points, including the 50 kill points. Royal Counter finished at second spot with 125 points followed by Challengers with 109 points. However, Challengers were the high kill leaders and took a total of 60 kills. R2M2 round was completely dominated by Slumber Queen. The team scored a total of 160 points including the 96 position and 64 kill points. Skanda Esports took the second spot with 114 total points followed by SMF Esports with 109 points in the overall standings.
Finalstrike were the highest kill leaders and the table toppers in the R3M3 round. The squad took 48 kill points and 125 total points in the overall standings. Namooney Es took the highest position points (80) in the overall standings. Whereas Arrow Esports finished at the third spot with a total of 93 points.
