Krafton has just shared two new posters on the social media channels of its upcoming Battle Royale smartphone title. The first poster asks fans of the much-awaited game, Battlegrounds Mobile India to stay at home. It also urges fans to wear a mast in their fight against the second wave of coronavirus. Besides this, the game publisher also posted another poster hinting at the upcoming launch of the title. These new posters come just days after the company revealed the preregistration dates for Battlegrounds Mobile India. Here is everything we know about Battlegrounds Mobile India from Krafton including the poster promoting the fight against coronavirus.
Battlegrounds Mobile India shares new posters; details
Inspecting the new posters, the first one features a person sitting on a couch with a mask on. This person is holding the phone in a horizontal orientation likely to signify gaming. The poster also includes the “Wear a Mask. Stay at Home.” text at the bottom along with the Battlegrounds Mobile India and Krafton logos on the top. In addition, the company also added a caption adding “Beak the chain” and requesting gamers to “take all precautions”. The post on Instagram also included a hashtag of “DoubleMask” to encourage safety. Like the text in the poster, the caption also included the “Stay home and always wear a mask” message.
This is not the first time Krafton has engaged with India around the second wave of COVID-19. As reported in the past, the company also donated about Rs. 1.5 Crore to PM CARES Fund for COVID relief on April 29. It is good to see the company actively pushing out this message of safety during a time when the country is reeling with a devastating COVID-19 second wave.
The second poster showcased what appears to be the Sanhok map along with a shadow of an airdrop. This hints at the upcoming drop of the likely game. Krafton also took this chance to ask fans about the items that they liked to collect from airdrops from PUBG Mobile. For some context, Battlegrounds Mobile India will be available for pre-registration on Google Play Store starting tomorrow.
