Twitch streamer suspended for his "Child predator" comment from the platform

Streaming platform Twitch has banned Fortnite streamer for his wrong choices of words on the platform.

In early August, the Fortnite community was startled by the actions of streamer HydraSZN, who began making unsettling jokes about being a "child predator" and engaging in inappropriate commentary.

In a widely circulated clip on X, formerly referred to as Twitter, the streamer directed a derogatory term towards another player as a form of retaliation for being eliminated by them just moments before.

Shortly thereafter, HydraSZN continued his troubling behavior by making comments about having an interest in children and even went as far as claiming, "I genuinely admit that I'm a minor predator, I swear on my life."

As a consequence of his actions, Twitch has taken decisive measures by imposing an indefinite suspension on his account, indicating that the suspension is unlikely to be lifted in the foreseeable future. On August 24, HydraSZN shared a screenshot on X revealing that Twitch had permanently banned him due to the nature of his content.

The email communication stated, "We have removed your content as it contained elements that could endanger you or individuals you are associated with. This encompasses content that may promote inappropriate attention towards individuals under the age of 18."

Following the suspension, HydraSZN has chosen to transition to the platform Kick and remains determined to pursue his aspirations of achieving success as a streamer.

This occurrence is not the initial instance of a Fortnite streamer facing repercussions for inappropriate remarks or behaviors related to child predation. In 2021, Twitch took action against a Brazilian streamer who had been apprehended on allegations of sexually assaulting two minors.

This has come as a lesson for the streamers who often use certain slurs that affect the yound audience watching them on the streaming platforms.
