Frustrated Pokemon Go player questioned Niantic regarding the latest Routes feature

Recently, trainers or players of Pokemon Go reported the inability to find Routes in the mobile game and penned their question on Twitter.

Pokemon Go has been on the favorite list of every player, however, there have been times when players opened up about a few issues they faced during the game. Recently, the players shared their opinion on the Niantic due to their new updated Routes feature. 

As soon as Niantic launched their latest Routes feature, Pokemon players pointed out their opinions on Twitter. However, the issue was not only about the feature itself, it was also about the lengthy process Routes have.

How trainers are feeling unhappy with the Routes update? 

The issue occurred when Pokemon trainers were unable to find the routes on their mobile. Niantic, the developers added an "A to Zygarde" which was a research game for the players. A user took his twitter handle and tweeted tagging Niantic's account. 

He wrote, "@NianticHelp hey, about how long does it take for a route to be approved?" 

After seeing the tweet Niantic replied to the tweet and stated how this problem can be solved. 

They wrote, "Hi Chris. We have an exhaustive review process that evaluates the viability & safety of a Route before accepting or rejecting it. The duration may vary based on the number of entries received. It typically takes one week to go through the process or longer. Thank you! ^LN."

Meanwhile, one player suggested to Niantic how this Routes feature should have launched a week early, so they can do special research on it. He penned, “Ok then maybe they should have rolled the feature out to everyone, then given a week or two notice of the routes event coming, and THEN launched the routes event.”

On the other hand, some other Pokemon Go players shared, "Just like showcases, they pushed this out way too early so they can be used for Go Fest even though they are extremely buggy.”

At least players are happy seeing Niantic addressing issues of players in a fast pace. While Pokemon is all set up to celebrate it's Community Day on July 30th with its featured Pokemon Poliwag.
