ESports Premier League (ESPL) 2021 Group B Round 3 concludes, Group C starts today
ESPL 2021 features a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 distributed among the top 8 teams in the grand finals scheduled to be held on 29th August 2021. Here are the results for all the matches that happened on the final day of Group B.
Day 10 of the ESports Premier League 2021 Level 1 Group B Round 3 was completed yesterday with the top teams moving onto the next level of ESPL 2021. The top 22 teams from Round 3 will move onto the Level 2 stage scheduled to start from 1st August.
ESPL 2021 is a franchise-based league announced by India Today Gaming, the gaming and eSports division of India Today Group. The tournament features a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 distributed among the top 8 teams in the grand finals scheduled to be held on 29th August 2021. ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group B Round 3
The top teams from the previous stage competed in round 3 of the ESPL 2021 Level 1 Group B stage. Each team played a total of four matches in round 3 of the league and each team was awarded certain points. Overall standings will be created considering the points of both maps and the top teams from the overall standings of each match will qualify for the next round. The matches featured a Bo4 format and were played exclusively on Bermuda, Purgatory, and Kalahari maps.
Level 1 Group B Round 3 Match Overview
Dev Alone won the first group matches of the day, scoring a total of 145 points and 72 kill points. Thunderstorms finished at the second spot with 130 points followed by BigYT All Stars 101 points finishing at the third spot. Arpan Gaming ESP won the R2M2 round with a total of 134 points. The team scored a total of 50 kill points. Arrow Rocks took the second spot with 102 total points followed by X Buddies with 92 points in the overall standings.
Captain’s were the highest kill leaders and the table toppers in the R3M3 round. The squad took 86 kill points and 183 total points in the overall standings. The team also took the highest position points (97) in the overall standings. Blood Bashers and PVS Gaming finished at the second and third spots respectively.
