KRAFTON India Launches Esports College Campus Tour 2024 with a Prize Pool of INR 2 Crore
64 Collegiate Tournaments Across Tier 1, 2, and 3 Cities with a total prize pool of over INR 2 crore
KRAFTON India is excited to announce the commencement of the Esports College Campus Tour 2024, a historic series of 64 collegiate Esports competitions throughout Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities. The tour, which has a total prize pool of over INR 2 crore, intends to bring the excitement of Esports to college campuses, with each host college collecting more than INR 2 lakh from the pool. It provides a forum for kids to demonstrate their gaming abilities while also educating them about career options in the burgeoning Esports sector.
This competition aims to broaden students' exposure to the rapidly expanding Esports environment. The tour, which began in August of this year and has already concluded competitions in 14 universities, including IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, and K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, among others, will run until March 2025.
