DOTA 2: Hero Kez is Set to Release Today
Kez is the short of Kestrel, one of the important characters of the Crownfall saga.
Valve earlier announced its next DOTA 2 hero: Kez for fans. The announcement was made during The International 2024 event. The hero was revealed by Valve in a trailer posted on YouTube Here's every detail of the Kez that we know so far.
Kez Release Date in DOTA 2
Kez, the next Dota 2 hero, appears to be launching later today alongside Crownfall Act 4, following the release of a cartoon teasing the finale of the narrative overnight.
Who is Kez in DOTA 2
Kez is the short of Kestrel, one of the important characters of the Crownfall saga. Kestrel's name was first mentioned in the very first chapter when Shen and Dragon like set off in search of the Kazurai army.
Kazurai is a club of birdlike monk warriors founded by Kez. Kez was the elected leader and was responsible for the Kazurai army to terminate the cruelty of Queen Imperia.
As shown in the Crownfall story, Kez faced defeat against the Queen Imperia and took a back step. However, in Crown Act IV Kez will take revenge on the opponents. At the end saga, Kez will emerge as a star.

Kez Abilities in DOTA 2
When it comes to abilities, Kez is suspected to be an agility carry as we haven't witnessed one since the release of Monkey King in 2016.
Other Abilities
The Kez will be able to attack the enemy using his birdlike agility.
The Kez will be able to block attacks from the enemy using his feathery form
the trailer also showed that Kez can move smoothly around, being able to jump from one object to another and deal damage with its sword.
