Krafton, the developer behind Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), has released a podcast detailing the highly anticipated BGMI 3.5 update. BGMI continued its tradition by releasing a podcast where its creators shared details about the upcoming update, such as new features, game modes, and more.

Icemire Frontier Mode Overview
Frostheim
Frostheim introduces exciting new areas like the Chieftain’s Fortress and the Beast-Taming Arena, both brimming with valuable loot. In the center of the entire Fortress is Chieftain’s main building with the underground ritual room, which is spawning ground filled with High-Tier supplies, attracting the most heated encounters. There is also a specific chance of getting a Grand Reward through looking for the Ice Crystal Crate making this snowy fun a little more exciting a little.
The Beast-Taming Grounds is a rough and challenging zone, featuring the Beast Warden’s Keep at its core. At the very center, the Frostborne Dragon is trapped in ice crystals. As the match progresses, the dragon’s icy prison will shatter, causing the snow to collapse and uncovering a hidden sanctuary below.
Magic Crystal Cave
Magic Crystal Mines feature surface settlements and underground caves accessible through large entrances. Break icicles near the altar for supplies and uncover hidden, ice-sealed caves for extra rewards. At the center, shatter the Magic Crystal Crate for valuable loot. Later in the match, the Frostborne Dragon descends, raising the stakes.
Glacier Village
This is going to be another hot drop poi in the upcoming 3.5 update. Here you can land collect excellent loots and engage in fights.
Ice Portal
Ice Portals on the map open once the Frostborne Dragon escapes from Frostheim. Players without a Dragon Horn can still use these portals to enter the Dragon’s Lair.
BGMI 3.5 Update: New Stage
Dragon’s Lair (Exclusive to Erangel)
Collect keys across the map to unlock an Ice Portal and enter the Dragon’s Lair, where you can face the Frostborne Dragon. Up to three teams can explore the lair simultaneously, but won’t encounter each other unless the treasure vault is opened or the boss is activated. Once the vault is unlocked, other teams may appear. A hidden treasure vault awaits in this area, offering great rewards. Being defeated in the lair does not count as an elimination.
Frostborne Dragon
The Frostborne Dragon can fight on the ground and in the air, using various attacks. Defeat it in the Dragon’s Lair to earn abundant supplies.
Arctic Altar
Strike the central crystal to begin the challenge. Break all crystals within the time limit to earn a high-tier crate reward.
New Animal Vehicle Mammoth
Up to three passengers can shoot while riding the Mammoth. It also has a dance ability for performing fun emotes. Aim for its leg weak points to make it collapse temporarily, but it will recover on its own after 3 seconds.
Sabertooth Tiger
This 2-seater vehicle lets both the driver and passenger shoot while riding. When the driver fires, it moves forward automatically. Use the drift button during high-speed turns to execute a drift, followed by a dash. It also features a strong jump ability. Enabling auto-advance allows the Sabertooth Tiger to move forward on its own and makes drifting smoother.
New Themed Items
Dragon Horn
Use the Dragon Horn to summon an Ice Portal to the Dragon’s Lair once the Frostborne Dragon escapes from Frostheim.
Dragon Blood
Consume Dragon Blood to instantly restore Energy and Health.
Frostsoul Warhammer
This melee weapon creates ice walls. Charge it to form bigger walls of ice.
Mic Glitch And Server Issues Improvements
In the podcast, the creators mentioned that Krafton’s team is working hard to resolve mic glitches and server issues. They also encouraged players to report any bugs or glitches they encounter, helping the team manage and fix these problems more effectively.
