Overwatch 2 Season 6 and OW2 Invasion: Exciting updates and new hero revealed

On August 10 with the release of Season 6 and OW2 Invasion, the next Overwatch 2 support hero will be released, bringing PvE missions, new modes, and more. While those who purchase the Season 6 Battle Pass will have access to the new features, Xbox will give users the opportunity to play as all six of the Overwatch 2 heroes have not yet been unlocked.
On August 10, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks will include the Overwatch 2 New Heroes Starter Pack. Sojourn, Junker Queen, Kiriko, Ramattra, Lifeweaver, and the new hero are all included in the pack, along with legendary skins and other accessories.
How to quickly unlock a new Overwatch 2 hero?
It's fairly easy to get access to the new hero and other goodies. To access the Hero Starter Pack if you have Xbox Game Pass, just upgrade to the Ultimate tier.
The heroes will each have a unique Legendary skin and a variety of other in-game cosmetics. Of course, this is just a huge perk for current Game Pass Ultimate subscribers who might be interested in the new hero but don't want to spend more money on a Battle Pass.
Having said that, those who are interested in purchasing the Invasion PvE content will have access to enough Overwatch coins to buy a Battle Pass and get the new hero as well. Although little is currently known about the game's newest support, Blizzard President Mike Ybarra ended up actually leaking a picture of the hero along with skins from the Invasion season.
