Valorant Guide: Tips to unlock agents in the game
FPS title Valorant comes with different agents who have their own abilities that players can use in combat. Unlock them using the tips mentioned in the article.
Valorant, the 5v5 FPS title has numerous agents that comes with different abilities. Players use them while going head-on against opponents. However, the game offers you only five agents at the time of installing it out of 22 agents available in the game. Since each team can only have one unique agent, you should unlock as many agents as you can to avoid being forced to play an unknown character. A larger agent pool will also provide your team with more alternatives when deciding which members to assign to the duelist, controller, initiator, and sentinel positions.
Here are a few important tips through which you can unlock agents in Valorant
Play and Earn XP: The primary way to unlock agents is by earning XP through playing matches. The XP you earn contributes to your Battle Pass and Agent Contracts progression.
Agent Contracts: Each agent has their own contract that you can activate. To do this, you need to go to the Collection tab in the main menu and select the agent you want to unlock. Once the contract is activated, you will earn XP towards that contract as you play matches.
Completing Contract Tiers: As you accumulate XP, you will progress through different tiers of the agent contract. With each tier, you unlock various rewards related to that agent, including sprays, gun buddies, and ultimately, the agent itself.
Radiant Points: Radiant Points are earned by completing Daily and Weekly missions in Valorant. You can use Radiant Points to level up your Battle Pass and unlock tiers that may include agent unlocks.
Unlocking New Agents: Once you've progressed through the required tiers of an agent's contract, you'll unlock that agent for free. However, if you want to unlock an agent faster or if you missed their contract during a specific act, you can use Valorant Points (VP), which is the in-game currency purchased with real money, to purchase the agent and their contract tiers.
