New Content Around the Corner

TactiForce Capsule – Small but Mighty

Kicking things off, we have the TactiForce Capsule, a mini bundle featuring:

    •    Five player cards
    •    Five gun buddies
    •    A spray

While the exact price is still a mystery, this bundle is ready to roll out. Expect to see it either tomorrow or by December 5th.

Patch 9.11: Neon Gets Nerfed

Scheduled for release on December 10th, Patch 9.11 brings:
    •    Neon Nerfs: Adjustments to tone down her overpowering abilities while keeping her fast-paced “grounded movement” style intact.
    •    Agent Tweaks: Expect potential changes for Deadlock and Harbor. (Harbor’s updates won’t come until 2024, as the devs want to take their time with him.)

December Freebies and New Skins

Event Pass: December 12 - January 7

A free event pass goes live on December 12th, bringing:
    •    20 Radianite Points
    •    The “ZZZ” title
    •    Three free player cards

Just earn XP to unlock these goodies.

Araxys 2.0 Skin Bundle

Around the same time (December 12th or 13th), the Araxys 2.0 bundle drops. Rumored inclusions:
    •    Phantom
    •    Guardian
    •    Knife skin
    •    Two mystery weapons

 

 

The entire bundle is exclusive, with a price tag of 8,700 VP.

Night Market Returns (Probably)

While not officially confirmed, a Night Market is highly likely to land between December 12th and 19th. Riot has a perfect track record of including Night Markets in past acts, so don’t expect that to change now.

January Brings Major Updates

Patch 10.0 (January 7th)

Get ready for some big changes in the new year:
    •    Map Pool Updates: Fracture and Lotus return, replacing Ascent and Sunset. Riot plans to rotate maps more frequently, with updates every act.
    •    Episode 10 Begins: A fresh episode means:
    •    New battle pass
    •    Hard rank resets (max placement: Ascendant 1)
    •    Potential tweaks to ranking mechanics

Who’s the New Agent?

A new agent is on the horizon, and here’s what we know:
    •    Teasers: The “Striking Distance” player card hints at a black-and-yellow aesthetic. Think Marvel’s Wasp vibes.
    •    Role: Likely an Initiator, but nothing’s set in stone.
    •    Release Date: Could drop with Episode 10 in early January, but if teasers remain scarce, the agent’s debut might align with Masters Bangkok in late February.
