The highly awaited Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has now been delayed for launch as per the latest update from devs at Respawn and EA. We’re two months down since the official trailer reveal at The Game Awards 2022, and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor continues to be one of the most anticipated games of this year. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Delay- Details
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was earlier scheduled to launch on March 17, 2023, as revealed at The Game Awards. The game has now been delayed by a little over a month, with the arrival now slated for April 28th. The news was announced by Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts and LucasFilms earlier yesterday via an official Tweet.
The announcement informs that the game’s content development is complete. The game has now reached the final stage of “bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish and most importantly, the player experience”. For this final round of polishing, six more weeks have thus been added to the release schedule- explains the official announcement which comes from the game director Stig Asmussen,and the Star Wars: Jedi team.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be playable on PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox Series and X/S starting April 28th this year. It is the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order from 2019 which launched to much critical acclaim. The game focused on the journey of Cal Kestis, one of the last surviving Jedi Knights. Jedi Survivor takes place 5 years after the events of Fall Order, taking further the story of Kestis.
