Playground Season 2: India's first gaming reality show returns on January 11; Where to watch, mentors, teams and other details

Playground Season 2 will soon be releasing on Amazon miniTV. India’s first gaming reality show is set to make its return on the free video streaming service by Amazon. There will be five teams led by Ashish Chanchlani, Harsh Beniwal, Carry Minati, Triggered Insaan, and Scout as India’s top gaming content creators try to survive and win under their leadership. 

Playground Season 2: Watch for free on Amazon miniTV 

Amazon miniTV will be inviting pro and casual gamers in India to compete under these five mentors. With the help of these mentors, players will look to prove themselves as the “Ultimate Gaming Entertainer” while wining several prizes in the process. 

Girish Prabhu, Head of Amazon Advertising, spoke about the upcoming season, “The first installment of Playground saw tremendous traction and we’re certain that our viewers will truly enjoy Season 2 with more mentors, more action and exciting prizes!”. 

 

 

“Thinking of newer ways to entertain audiences is always a challenge that excites us. Playground has been one such show that brings many elements together – reality, entertainment, and games. It is a full package that audiences have enjoyed, and the response for Playground season 1 was a testimony for us to go ahead with making Season 2,” said Mayank Yadav, Chief Executive Officer at Rusk Studios. 

Playground Season 2 will start from January 11 and will run on for the next four weeks. Since it’s a reality show, Amazon says the audience can expect players to “work together, plan their games, and handle stress.”

1. AAA Werewolves (Triggered Insaan)
2. Power Pheonixes (Harsh Beniwal)
3. Dare Dragons (Carry Minati)
4. KO Krakens (Ashish Chanchlani)
5. OP Unicorns (Scout)
