How to Claim Free Rust Twitch Drops from the Base Invaders Event

Twitch is offering free Rust drops as part of the Base Invaders event that began on Sept. 10, 2024, with four collectible skins still available until 8pm CT on Sunday, Sept. 15. The drops come in a purple theme, consistent with Twitch's branding, and were tied to the Base Invaders event, hosted on Twitch Rivals. Here's how to collect them and what to expect.

Available Rust Twitch Drops

To earn all the rewards, you'll need to spend four hours watching any Rust stream with drops enabled on Twitch. Each skin unlocks progressively after each hour:

1. Wood Storage Box skin - Unlocks after 1 hour
2. Furnace skin - Unlocks after 2 hours
3. Sheet Metal Double Door skin - Unlocks after 3 hours
4. SAR (Semi-Automatic Rifle) skin - Unlocks after 4 hours

These items feature the Twitch Rivals logo and the Base Invaders event name on the skins.

Missed Drops?

Unfortunately, the Twitch Rivals hoodie and pants, exclusive to the live event on Sept. 10, are no longer available. But don’t worry—Twitch Rivals hosts frequent Rust events, so new opportunities will arise for future drops.
